“Meia de seda” is another famous cocktail drink made by mixing pinga and sweetened condensed milk. It may be prepared in advance and stored at room temperature. It can also be served as an after-dinner liqueur.
A bottle of batida makes a great gift for friends at a dinner party.
Ingredients
• 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
• 300 ml pinga or vodka
• 150 ml chocolate liqueur
• 4 tablespoons cognac
Preparation method
Blend all ingredients, pour into a bottle and store at room temperature. Shake the bottle before serving.
It may be served either with crushed ice as a drink or on its own in small liqueur glasses after dinner.
