Ingredients
Fruit smoothie with milk:
• 1 banana
• 1 apple
• 150 g papaya, approximately
• 4 strawberries or mixed berries
• ½ peach
• 350 ml whole milk, approximately
• 1 tablespoon sugar, to taste
Avocado smoothie:
• 150 g avocado, approximately
• 500 ml of cold milk, approximately
• 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
Fruit smoothie with orange juice:
• ½ banana
• ½ apple
• 150 g papaya, approximately
• 4 strawberries or mixed berries
• 2 slices of pineapple
• 1 kiwi
• 300 ml orange juice, approximately
• little bit of lemon juice, to slow down the browning of fruits
• 1 tablespoon sugar, to taste
Preparation method
1. Wash very well fruits that cannot be peeled. Peel, pit or de-seed the remaining fruit.
2. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
3. Put the fruit in the blender and add a little milk.
4. Blend on high power until very smooth. Add sugar and milk, until you reach the desired consistency. Blend, taste and add more sugar if necessary. You may pass it through a sieve if you like very smooth texture.
5. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. Add ice cubes if desired.
Yield: 2 tall glasses.
